Prices start at €25 net per person per night, and at €30 net for the apartment in Dresden-Strehlen. For the contractor house in Dresden there is also a flat rate from €225 net per night for the whole property. All prices are exclusive of VAT; a one-off final cleaning fee is added.

Yes, we let from five nights. We cannot currently offer shorter stays.

Electricity, water and heating are included, as are Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. We do not ask for a deposit. Final cleaning is charged separately – €250 or €350 once, depending on the property.

Yes, for all properties. On request we bill to your company address. Payment is possible by bank transfer, in cash or on account.

At the contractor house on Karlsruher Straße in Dresden there are free parking spaces in the property's own yard, suitable for vans as well. From six metres of vehicle length we charge a €5 surcharge. At the other locations there is parking for cars.

Yes, all properties have Wi-Fi and it is included in the price.

Yes, bed linen and towels are included in every property. You do not need to bring anything.

The contractor house in Dresden sleeps up to nine people in four twin rooms and one single room. The Penthouse in Bannewitz takes up to six, the ground floor flat in the same building up to four, and the apartment in Dresden-Strehlen up to four people.

No. All properties are let exclusively as complete units, not room by room. That way your crew stays among themselves and no outside guests are added. Not every room has to be occupied, though – you are billed by the actual number of people.

We let four properties at three locations: the contractor house in Dresden-Coschütz, two flats in Bannewitz and an apartment in Dresden-Strehlen. All of them are around 20 minutes from Dresden airport and suit assignments across the wider Dresden area.

The apartment in Dresden-Strehlen is best connected: it sits directly on Wasaplatz, with suburban rail, tram and bus around three minutes away on foot. At the contractor house in Dresden the bus stop is also one minute away.

Yes. Every property has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, plus crockery, pots and cutlery. Compared with eating out, that noticeably reduces expenses.

The price stays the same – including over the weekend. The property remains reserved for you, so tools and personal belongings can stay where they are and nothing has to be packed up and unpacked each time.

Arrival is possible from 3 pm, departure by 10 am. If your crew has to be on site earlier or can only leave later, talk to us – we usually find a solution provided the property is not re-let the same day.

Yes, free of charge in every property. Washing machine and dryer can be used at no extra cost – on longer assignments that saves the trip to the launderette.
