We let the house on Karlsruher Straße only as a whole – including the yard and garden. Five bedrooms are spread over roughly 100 square metres: four twin rooms with two single beds each, plus one single room. That makes space for up to nine people, and your crew stays among themselves because no outside guests are added.
Every room has its own desk. Two bathrooms with showers and a separate WC mean there is no queue in the morning – in our experience the first thing that causes friction in shared accommodation.

The property is in Dresden-Coschütz on the southern edge of the city. You reach the motorway in about four minutes by car; the nearest bus stop is a minute away on foot. Everything needed day to day is within walking distance: the Netto supermarket at Karlsruher Straße 80 is around three minutes away, the bakery Bäckerei Krahl on the same street just one to two minutes. For a hot meal in the evening, Gasthof Coschütz is roughly four minutes by car. The nearest builders' merchant, a toom in Dresden-Gompitz, is about ten minutes away.
Free parking spaces are available in the property's own yard, suitable for vans as well. From six metres of vehicle length we charge a surcharge of five euros.

The layout and fittings of this house are built for working crews – functional, hard-wearing and set up for self-catering. We say that openly: anyone looking for a holiday flat for a weekend in Dresden is better served by the Penthouse in Bannewitz or the apartment in Dresden-Strehlen. For trade businesses, installation crews and gangs, however, this property is exactly right – including a drying area for work clothing and invoicing to your company address.
