The apartment is on the top floor of a listed period building in Dresden-Strehlen and covers around 45 square metres. Two bedrooms can be set up either as single or as twin rooms – so up to four people can be accommodated, and two colleagues do not have to share a bed.
One of the two bedrooms is a walk-through room. We say so in advance: at full occupancy, the way into the rear room leads through the front one. For two people from the same company this is usually not an issue; for two strangers it may well be.
A kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower and a living area with a sofa and desk are part of the fittings. A washing machine is available in the building's basement.

The real advantage of this property is its position directly on Wasaplatz – one of the most important interchange points in southern Dresden. Suburban rail, tram and bus are two to three minutes away on foot. That makes this apartment the only one of our properties that can be used entirely without a car.
Several bakeries and the restaurant "Homage" are also on Wasaplatz, so again two to three minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket, a Netto on Wiener Straße, is around five minutes away. If you do travel by car: the Dresden-Prohlis junction on the A17 motorway is roughly five to six minutes away, the HORNBACH hardware store in Prohlis around six to seven. On-street parking is free.

Who it suits
Is this the right place for you?
For individual fitters, pairs and business travellers who want to be central and get around without a car, this apartment is the first choice. The location is ideal for city breaks as well. There is, however, no usable outdoor space – anyone who wants a terrace is better served by the Penthouse in Bannewitz, anyone who prefers a balcony by the ground floor flat in the same building. Arrival from 3 pm, departure by 10 am, non-smoking, no pets.
