The ground floor flat is in the same building as the Penthouse and covers around 90 square metres. Two bedrooms can be set up either as single or as twin rooms – which makes the flat suitable for two to four people. If two of you travel and would rather not share, you get two separate rooms; for a fourth bed the setup is changed.
The fittings include a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a living area with a sofa and a desk, and a balcony with a barbecue. A fan or air conditioning keeps temperatures comfortable on warm days.
Bookable only as a complete unit. Non-smoking, no pets.

The surroundings are the same as for the Penthouse in the same building: everyday shopping in Possendorf, a good kilometre away, with a Netto, a Penny and two bakeries, plus several restaurants. The Dresden-Südvorstadt junction on the A17 motorway is around four kilometres away, the OBI hardware store in Bannewitz two and a half kilometres – the newly opened Timberjacks steakhouse is there as well.
One parking space is available in the yard; in addition, free parking is possible in the surrounding streets.

Arrival is possible from 3 pm, departure by 10 am. This is a non-smoking flat and pets are not permitted. For larger groups of five people or more we recommend the Penthouse on the top floor – or, if both flats are booked together, the whole house for up to ten people.
