Two bathrooms are available – one with a bathtub, one with a shower – plus a separate WC. The centrepiece is the private roof terrace with a barbecue and seating.

Bannewitz borders Dresden to the south. The motorway is around three kilometres away, Dresden airport roughly twenty minutes by car. For everyday shopping you drive to the Possendorf district, a good kilometre away: there you will find a Netto and a Penny supermarket, the bakery "Unser Bäcker" right next door, and the highly rated Bäckerei Göhler. For eating out, the Nana Viet-Thai Bistro and the Ferdinand Restaurant are both in Possendorf as well. The OBI hardware store in Bannewitz is four to five minutes by car, and the newly opened Timberjacks steakhouse is right nearby.
Free parking spaces are available on the grounds. The property is not set up for vans.
